Insurance
Low Volume
We are a low volume clinic that provides premium direct one-on-one care, with the expertise and specialties of a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We do not utilize techs, aides, or assistants. Therefore we are not able to incorporate insurance companies that do not reimburse for the attention that our premium services provide.
Direct Access
Most insurance companies allow for you to schedule physical therapy appointments without a physican's prescription, but we recommend you check with your insurance if prior authorization is required.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We are accepting Medicare at this time, and therefore are able to provide therapy services to people who have Medicare coverage.
In the meantime we are offering cash pay services and can provide "super-bills" that can be submitted to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
